GenAI / Agentic Engineer WARRIOR

Our Analytics tribe is looking for a GenAI / Agentic Engineer warrior.

The skills we are looking for in you:

  • Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in development, applying good software engineering practices;
  • Practical knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalents;
  • Prior work with Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar;
  • Familiarity with essential concepts such as chunking, embeddings, semantic and hybrid search;
  • Ability to connect systems via REST APIs to tools like Git, Jira, Confluence, or Teams;
  • Practical knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

What you will do in your day-to-day:

  • Implement AI agents based on technical contracts and design advanced prompts;
  • Develop REST endpoints, Azure Functions, and event processors to support the agents;
  • Create data ingestion pipelines, indexing information in vector stores;
  • Create and maintain automatic evaluation tests (LLM-as-a-judge, golden datasets) and actively participate in security and code quality gates;
  • Put agents into production via CI/CD pipelines and monitor their real behavior and maturity evolution.
