Agentic Architect WARRIOR

Our Analytics tribe is looking for an Agentic Architect warrior.

The skills we are looking for in you:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in multi-agent system design or automation of complex processes;
• Deep knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or equivalents;
• Solid familiarity with Agentic RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and persistent memory architectures;
• Strong experience with current SDLC processes and vision to automate them through AI;
• Python as the preferred language and ability to prototype solutions independently;
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or equivalents, combined with the ability to model functional processes.

What you will do in your day-to-day:

• Map workflows and define the type of each agent, specifying interface contracts, prompts, and input/output schemas;
• Build, manage, and version the Tribe's agents catalog, establishing maturity progression criteria;
• Define the Knowledge Graph strategy and the memory architecture to link agents to corporate sources;
• Design integration patterns with DevOps tools and specify human validation mechanisms via Teams Adaptive Cards or approval gates;
• Apply automatic quality gates and ensure full audibility and traceability of actions through logging frameworks and OpenTelemetry.

Salary between 36k and 44k gross annually, adjusted to experience.
