We’re looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to join a growing international recruitment team delivering top digital talent and building high-performing tech teams across Europe If you love connecting with people, understand technology, and enjoy finding the perfect match between specialists and projects — this role is for you

Location: Hybrid / Remote (Poland)

Your mission

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and tech consulting roles

- Source and headhunt top candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, and other platforms

- Conduct interviews and assess technical as well as soft skills

- Collaborate with hiring managers and sales teams to understand recruitment needs

- Manage ATS (Zoho Recruit) and maintain candidate pipelines efficiently

You bring

- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment

- Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, etc)

- Fluent Polish and English

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
