We’re hiring: IT Recruiter – Build Strong Tech Teams in Portugal
We’re looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team and manage hiring processes for technical and managerial roles for local and international clients, with a focus on the Portuguese market.
This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, active sourcing, and building long-term relationships with IT professionals while contributing to the company’s strong employer brand.

Your mission
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical (Junior–Senior) and managerial positions.
- Actively acquire candidates through databases, direct search, and outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals.
- Develop and improve recruitment tools and processes.
- Represent and promote a positive company image on the market.
You bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment role.
- Good command of English (part of the team is English-speaking).
- Strong communication skills.
- Creative and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Experience in IT outsourcing or IT consulting environments.
