What will be your main responsibilities:

  • Process analysis, identifying waste, proposing solutions and implementations;
  • Lead and assist the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in various areas;
  • Identify opportunities and implement them in the process or facility;
  • Improvements to the factory layout according to production and production plan;
  • Implement Lean strategies;
  • Provide theoretical training and on the shop floor.

Profile and requirements:

  • Higher education in Management, Engineering or another relevant field;
  • Language requirements: Portuguese (C2) and English (B2);
  • Training in Lean;
  • Solid knowledge and experience in applying Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies;
  • High sense of responsibility, organization, task planning, and deadline management;
  • Persuasiveness, proactivity, autonomy, teamwork spirit, assertive communication and rigor;
  • Residence or availability to reside in Ponte de SĂŽr and/or surrounding municipalities.
