What your main responsibilities will be:

• Support in optimizing processes and methods through a proactive and innovative approach;
• Support and follow-up of the ground/air validations that must be conducted for each product according to established testing criteria;
• Ensure compliance with the established testing and quality requirements at the moment of product delivery to various internal clients;
• Contribute to being part of a motivated, productive, and disciplined team;
• Maintain a good relationship and effective communication with colleagues from other departments.

Profile and requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering (preferred) or another branch of engineering provided the following criteria are met;
• Solid knowledge in dynamics and flight control;
• Basic knowledge of aircraft systems and avionics;
• Basic notions of electronics and communication protocols and computer networks (CAN, I2C, RS232, Ethernet);
• Experience/familiarity in assembling and operating model aircraft or drones using software/applications for executing and planning various flight profiles;
• Ease in learning new software;
• Critical thinking, assertiveness, and attention to detail;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Language requirements: Portuguese (C2) and English (B2);
