About the Position

We are looking for a Project Manager with a functional profile and 3 to 4 years of experience, responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring objectives, deadlines, budget, and quality are met.

This role requires leadership and autonomy throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between teams, effective stakeholder management, and making strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and lead projects from the definition phase to final delivery.

- Define the scope, objectives, milestones, timeline, and resources of the project.

- Ensure functional alignment between the involved areas.

- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and dependencies.

- Monitor the progress, quality, and budget of the project.

- Ensure clear and continuous communication with all stakeholders.

- Ensure project documentation and governance.

- Promote continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.

- More functional than operational profile, focusing on coordination and leadership.

- Ability to lead projects autonomously.

- Excellent organization, planning, and priority management skills.

- Strong communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership spirit and strong sense of responsibility.

Technical Requirements

- Proven experience in end-to-end project management.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).

- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools (as a complement, not the main focus).
