About the Position

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer focused on the end-to-end development of a platform for the internal GPT assistant, architecting, developing, testing, and implementing new features and integrations across the stack (Node.js/Python, MongoDB).

The role manages robust and scalable architecture, drives innovation in Generative AI, and promotes technical excellence through documentation, best practices, and mentoring.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

- Master's degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) or Python.

- Practical experience in developing/using Generative AI APIs (e.g., LLMs) and tools.

- Document databases (e.g., MongoDB).

- Containerization of applications (e.g., Docker).

Valued Skills

- 1+ year as a frontend or backend software developer.

- Kubernetes.

- CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).

- Message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Distributed cache (e.g., Redis).

- Linux.

- Cloud solutions (Azure, GCP, AWS).

- Developer portal.

- Automation testing libraries (e.g., Playwright).

Main Responsibilities

- Build robust and scalable architecture: Ensure security, efficiency, and readiness for growth; optimize performance, implement CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), and service reliability.

- Drive innovation with Generative AI: Research, prototype LLM applications and emerging AI technologies.

- Promote technical excellence: Create documentation, define best practices, mentor the team.

Language Requirements

- English (mandatory for technical documentation and collaboration).

- Fluent Portuguese (valued).
