About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with at least 3 years in similar roles to act as a bridge between business needs and the development team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories, and facilitating communication between stakeholders, ensuring that delivered solutions meet functional and business objectives.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering or similar fields.

- More than 3 years in similar roles with solid experience in Business Analysis/Functional Analysis.

- Skills in initial research, requirements gathering, solution design, and writing user stories and functional documentation.

- Ability to perform functional testing and validate documentation.

- Experience in projects involving UX/UI profiles.

- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and analytical thinking.

- Proven experience in facilitating meetings and aligning technical and non-technical teams.

- Experience in Test Plans, conducting acceptance tests of solutions, and providing support to end users.

- Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements and in design and documentation of solutions.

- Critical thinking to reflect on requirements and processes and to question them.

- IIBA certification - Entry Certificate in Business Analysis and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (Preferred).

- Knowledge and alignment with Design Thinking methodology.

- English level B1/C1.

- Fluency in Portuguese (Mandatory).

- Resident in Portugal (Mandatory).

- Availability for a hybrid model in Lisbon and/or Porto.
