🎯 We are looking for a Application Support Engineer (Mid/Senior)

You will join a team responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of critical applications in a project with a direct impact on the business.

đź’» What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Application monitoring and alert analysis
  • Incident management and resolution in production
  • Troubleshooting (logs, queries, application behavior)
  • Execution and follow-up of deployments and releases
  • Collaboration with Development and Infrastructure teams
  • Participation in root cause analysis and continuous improvement
  • Task automation whenever possible

🧠 What we are looking for:

  • Solid experience in Application Support (production environments)
  • Good knowledge of Linux and Windows
  • Experience with monitoring tools (VTOM, Zabbix, AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana)
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Ability to analyze incidents and conduct root cause analysis
  • Experience with deployments and releases (Git, XL Deploy/Release, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
  • Scripting knowledge (Python, Shell, PowerShell)
  • Collaborative spirit (contact with Dev and Infra teams)
  • Fluent English
