What do you need to be part of the team?

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience with software development teams
  • Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Leadership, facilitation, and coaching ability
  • Experience in an international environment
  • English B2 or higher
  • Ability to work with remote teams and different locations
  • Availability to work 2 days a week in the office
  • Availability for occasional international travel

What will your duties be?

  • Facilitate Agile meetings, such as Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective
  • Help the team overcome blockers and issues
  • Promote good Agile and Scrum practices
  • Monitor the progress and performance of the teams
  • Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize objectives
  • Identify risks and help find solutions
  • Promote collaboration between different teams
  • Encourage continuous improvement of processes
  • Support the team in defining and achieving their objectives

What will be valued?

  • Certification PSM or CSM
  • Experience in the area of banking, payments, or financial services
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or Trello
  • Degree in IT, Management, or related field
