What do you need to be part of the SMART team?

  • More than 6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in analyzing and gathering business and functional requirements
  • Ability to analyze processes, identify needs, and propose solutions
  • Experience interacting with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Experience in producing functional documentation and specifications
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Good communication, organization, and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • English B2/C1
  • Availability to work in Porto, Portugal

What will your responsibilities be at SMART?

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Identify needs and opportunities for improvement in processes
  • Bridge the gap between business areas and technical teams
  • Create functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Monitor the development and implementation of solutions
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support the definition, prioritization, and validation of requirements
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and possible impacts of changes
  • Participate in functional testing and solution validation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products

Senior position: €20,000 to €49,000 gross annually (14 months) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits
