We are a company where quality, innovation, and collaboration are part of our DNA. We are looking for a QA Test Engineer to join an international team responsible for ensuring the quality of critical applications, working closely with development, business, and support teams.

We are looking for a QA Test Engineer (6-9 years of experience)

You will join an Agile team, taking on an essential role in coordinating and executing testing activities, ensuring that applications meet functional requirements and the highest quality standards before reaching users.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Plan, manage, and prioritize the testing backlog
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of manual and automated tests
• Create, review, and maintain test plans, scenarios, and test cases
• Identify, report, and track defects until resolution
• Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and support teams
• Ensure compliance with defined testing strategies
• Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team

What we are looking for:

• Between 6 and 9 years of experience in Functional QA
• Experience in coordinating testing activities
• Solid knowledge of different types of testing (functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, performance, and security)
• Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Experience with tools like Jira and Xray
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Analytical skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking
• Good communication and ease of working with multidisciplinary teams
• Autonomy, organization, and a sense of responsibility
• Fluent English (minimum B2)

Salary Package

Junior: Salary Package: €12,880 to €21,000 gross (14 months) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits

Mid: Salary Package: €14,000 to €28,000 gross (14 months) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits

Senior: Salary Package: €20,000 to €49,000 gross (14 months) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits
