What do you need to be a SMART MongoDB Database Administrator?

  • Solid experience in managing MongoDB databases in production environments.
  • Experience in implementing, configuring, and managing MongoDB clusters.
  • Knowledge of MongoDB architecture, including Replica Sets, Sharding, and High Availability.
  • Experience in On-Premises and Cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning, backup, recovery, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to establish good operational practices and support procedures.
  • Experience in mentoring, training, or providing technical support to teams.
  • Fluency in English.

What will your responsibilities be at SMART?

  • Participate in the implementation and evolution of the MongoDB platform.
  • Administer, monitor, and optimize MongoDB clusters in critical environments.
  • Define processes, standards, and best practices for platform administration.
  • Support the team in resolving incidents and complex issues.
  • Transfer knowledge to internal teams, empowering them for the operation and support of the technology.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and development teams to ensure solution stability and scalability.

Salary Package:

From €25,000 to €32,000, net annual or in CPS.
