IT Risks Specialist

We are looking for an IT Risks Specialist!

Join an international financial and insurance environment and become part of an IT Governance & Risk team responsible for strengthening IT Risk Management, Governance and Regulatory Compliance across a global organisation.

You will play a key role in implementing IT Governance frameworks, managing IT risks, supporting DORA compliance and collaborating with international stakeholders to ensure the organisation meets both Group standards and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • Around 5+ years of experience in IT Risk, IT Governance, IT Compliance, Cyber Governance or GRC
  • Experience managing IT risk registers, risk assessments and remediation plans
  • Knowledge of IT Governance and Risk Management frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 31000, COSO, NIST and DORA
  • Experience supporting IT audits, control frameworks and compliance activities
  • Experience preparing governance reporting, risk KPIs and executive presentations
  • Experience working with ServiceNow
  • Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives within international environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience within Banking, Insurance or Financial Services
  • Knowledge of ORSA, RCSA and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
  • Experience with Third-Party Risk Management and Outsourcing Governance
  • Knowledge of Operational Resilience and DORA implementation
  • Experience participating in IT Risk, Cyber Security or Steering Committees

€20,000 to €49,000 gross (paid over 14 months) + meal allowance + flexible benefits
