What you will do as a SMART Application Support Engineer

You will ensure the operation, stability, and industrialization of applications in a production environment, ensuring their proper functioning and technical evolution.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and coordinate technical operations (power shutdowns, server migrations, etc.)
  • Produce, update, and maintain operational instructions
  • Document components and operation of applications: architecture, procedures, supervision needs
  • Prepare and validate new versions of applications
  • Manage and monitor treatment scheduling (Control-M or similar)
  • Deploy in collaboration with development, systems, networks, and database teams
  • Participate in production incident resolution
  • Contribute to the automation, standardization, and industrialization of processes

What you need to be a SMART Application Support Engineer

  • Experience in Windows and Unix environments
  • Knowledge of schedulers (BMC Control-M or equivalent)
  • Scripting skills: Shell (KSH), Python, PowerShell
  • Basic knowledge of databases: Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, or MySQL
  • Ability to work in critical and sensitive environments
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Degree in Computer Engineering or similar (preferable)

  • Salary Package: €14,000 to €28,000 gross (14 months) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits

Senior

  • Salary Package: €20,000 to €49,000 gross (14 months) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits
