Job Description

This role operates within an Application Support Team, with primary responsibility for resolving all production-related issues associated with the Application in support of ALMT (Asset Liability Management & Treasury) operations.

We seek a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to deliver critical technical and functional support within our ALMT function. The consultant must have a strong understanding of finance, particularly the management of passive assets, bonds, and Forex. The position is to provide support for end-users located on the trading floor for their booking problems and ensure the monitoring of investment deals (Forex, Equity, Money Market & Derivatives).

- Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the application and its ecosystem.

- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.

- Document processes and provide clear instructions for the teams

- Regularly update support documentation and create user guides.

- Incident management (analysis, resolution, communication)

Main Tasks:
