WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Control, monitoring, and reporting of the employee expense registration and approval process (Expenses & Travel).
- Management and optimization of processes related to corporate travel, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Control and management of costs associated with the support of the Group's facilities (spaces, maintenance, suppliers).
- Ensure the daily operation of the Group's fleet management (contracts, maintenance, insurance, cost optimization).
- Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence and respective filing.
- Active participation in the administrative document management process.
- Providing assistance to internal customers and suppliers to clarify doubts.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Proficiency in the English Language - valued
- Proficiency in Excel – essential requirement
- Academic training in a financial area is valued
- Proactivity, accuracy, dynamism, initiative, and versatility
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical ability to interpret financial data
- Experience in similar roles with a minimum of 3 years (mainly in the IT Sector) is highly valued
