• Design and develop interactive dashboards using BI tools (preferably Power BI).
• Translate business requirements into dashboard and report specifications.
• Analyze and improve existing reporting processes.
• Automate manual reports and develop standardized models.
• Define and maintain KPI structures across various departments.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Train users and promote the adoption of dashboards.

requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analysis, IT, or similar fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Business, Data, Reporting, or Business Intelligence Analyst roles.
• Experience with Power BI and Office 365 (Excel).
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Data modeling capability and analytical skills.
• Experience in report automation.
• Experience in ERP or industrial environment (is an advantage).
• Analytical and structured mindset.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) - mandatory.
