EasyVista Administrator / ITSM Consultant

Raftech is looking for an experienced EasyVista professional to support the management and continuous evolution of an ITSM platform, acting as a key point of contact between the client and technical teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on requests/incidents coming through the EasyVista platform
• Work closely with ITSM leaders to review backlog items and distribute tasks
• Support two main streams of activity:
• Platform maintenance and corrective actions
• Platform evolution and implementation of new client requirements
• Act as the main operational contact for the client
• Handle simpler requests directly within EasyVista whenever possible
• Administer and configure the EasyVista platform
• Provide functional and operational support to stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements

• Hands-on experience with EasyVista administration and configuration
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes
• Experience managing requests, tickets, and backlog activities
• Client-facing experience and good communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
• Experience in corrective and evolutionary maintenance environments

Important

Experience with EasyVista must go beyond end-user usage. Candidates must have practical experience as an EasyVista Administrator, configurator, or technical/functional consultant.
