Your role
- Define best practices, run code reviews and ensure strong test coverage
- Partner with the Tech Lead on software architecture and key technical decisions
- Support junior developers through pair programming, feedback and knowledge sharing
What we're looking for
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years developing applications with .NET 4.8 / .NET 8+
- Strong .NET background with SOLID, DDD and CQRS
- CI/CD automation experience; managing .NET apps in Docker & Kubernetes
- Experience with high-performance / high-availability environments
- Security knowledge: OWASP (Web & API), modern auth (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT), mitigation of Injection, XSS, CSRF
- Azure Cloud experience (plus)
- Integrations with financial tech (e.g., payment gateways) and/or biometrics (plus)
- Hardware integration using XFS protocol (plus)
- Socket-based communication development (plus)
- Proactive, team-oriented, with a technical leadership mindset
- Portuguese (advanced) and English (intermediate)
- Legal eligibility to work in Portugal (mandatory)
