Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our client's team - a company in the energy sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ensure the ingestion, transformation, and secure high-quality availability of data throughout the data lifecycle;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, product, BI, architecture, and applications) to integrate data into existing systems seamlessly;

- Support the design and implementation of data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, and analytical data models tailored to organizational needs;

- Operationalize machine learning models and AI solutions, ensuring traceability, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and alignment with organizational strategies and data governance milestones.

What is required from you?

- Academic background in Information Systems or a related field will be valued;

- Previous professional experience, at least 3 years in data engineering, machine learning, or similar roles;

- Strong knowledge of technologies and tools such as SQL, Python, PySpark, among others;

- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and autonomy, as well as the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
