📢 We are recruiting: RPA Support Specialist (UiPath)

Responsibilities:

Be the point of contact for UiPath software robots in a production environment, supporting end users in resolving technical issues related to RPA processes and tools.
Monitor RPA processes and systems, ensuring their proper functioning, and perform routine maintenance and updates to optimize performance.
Document support tickets, resolutions, and best practices, as well as prepare regular reports on the performance and health of RPA processes.
Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of RPA processes, collaborating with the development team to implement solutions.
Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders, sharing knowledge and best practices within the RPA support team.
Ensure that RPA processes meet quality standards and compliance requirements, participating in testing and validation activities.

Requirements:

1+ years of IT experience in application support.
Solid experience in RPA tools, namely UiPath (mandatory, 3+ years), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or similar.
Knowledge of programming languages (preferably C# and/or VB.Net).
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving for complex issues.
Good written and oral communication skills, with ease in conveying technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical training preferably in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Software Engineering.
Fluency in Portuguese, French.
