In order to continue to ensure and evolve the services we provide to our customers, we are recruiting a Voice Core Services Specialist, to join our Operations Division.

What we expect from you

  • Enjoy working and evolving in cutting-edge technology in the Telco area, operating, maintaining, and accepting voice systems and services in a Core VoLTE and IMS environment, ensuring their stability and performance.
  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end projects, from design to implementation, related to the evolution and optimization of voice systems and services in Core VoLTE and IMS
  • Develop and implement automation solutions using Java/Javascript functions or on-premises AI agents to optimize Operations and Maintenance (O&M) processes, increasing efficiency and reducing manual intervention - solving real operational problems.
  • Specify and implement automation tools and functions for monitoring Quality of Service (QoS) indicators and other KPIs, ensuring a clear view of service performance.
  • Evaluate service KPIs and implement manual actions or create automations to correct or improve the network and services based on performed analyses.
  • Develop and implement robust and automatic Contingency Plans, and be able to execute them in critical situations to ensure maximum service availability.

What we are looking for

  • Higher education in Engineering (preferably Telecommunications/Computer Science).
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in the operation, maintenance, and acceptance of Voice Services in IMS and VoLTE environments.
  • Proficiency in evaluating service KPIs and executing appropriate actions in the network and services.
  • Experience in reading and in-depth analysis of voice and data communication protocols (e.g., SIP, Diameter, RTP, DNS, HTTP).
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and executing Contingency Plans in critical situations.
  • Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
  • Experience in programming in Java and JavaScript and using IDEs (preferably VS Code) and GitHub
  • Experience working in a team, with clear distribution of roles and responsibilities.
  • Proactive, flexible profile, with a strong willingness to learn and solve challenges, emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and communicative.
