Integrated into the team of the Business Transformation Center – B2B Marketing, we are looking for a Paid Media Expert B2B.

The B2B Marketing team’s mission is to drive business growth, reinforcing NOS Companies' positioning as a leading technology partner in Portugal.

What we expect from you

  • Design and optimize the B2B full-funnel paid media strategy: lead generation, nurturing (Marketing Qualified Leads), conversion (Sales Qualified Leads) and remarketing, aligned with commercial objectives;
  • Manage Paid Media campaigns with a high demand for performance and investment efficiency, with special focus on Google Ads (Search/Performance Max/YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads (Lead gen ads, sponsored content, sponsored messaging, text and dynamic ads);
  • Plan and operationalize campaigns by solutions and verticals, aligning messages for B2B decision-makers;
  • Monitor and improve performance KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI, ROAS) and, above all, lead quality and contribution to revenue, proposing continuous investment optimization actions;
  • Ensure end-to-end tracking and reporting, ensuring consistency of measurement and reading by campaign/solution/audience, through UTMs and integrations with CRM/marketing automation;
  • Build reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders (marketing/sales), translating data into actionable insights and clear recommendations;
  • Work collaboratively with Content to maximize performance;
  • Test new approaches, formats, and audiences, structuring A/B tests and learning agendas to scale what drives results.

Who we are looking for

  • Academic background in Marketing, Management, Communication, Engineering or similar;
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing Paid Media campaigns (Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads);
  • Creation, optimization, and analysis of multichannel campaigns;
  • Investment planning and results monitoring;
  • Creating dashboards and performance reporting;
  • Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads certifications;
  • Experience with Lead gen and performance campaigns;
  • Basic knowledge of CRO and UX;
  • Knowledge in GA4;
  • Great interest and curiosity, exposure and sensitivity to communication, analytical ability, and stakeholder management;
  • Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork capability;
  • Communication skills and relational competencies;
  • Ability to influence, resilience, and proactivity.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
