Integrated into the Network Engineering Directorate, we are looking for the right talent to lead the OSS Systems, Automation, and Data Engineering team — a strategic area in the technological and operational evolution of our network.

The team is responsible for selecting, designing, developing, and evolving the Operations Support Systems (OSS) that ensure efficient management of various network domains. It also has the mission to ensure the quality of information, the availability of functionalities, and the intelligence necessary to accelerate the automation of network development and operation processes, promoting its adoption and maximizing value for client areas.

What we expect from you

• Lead the team and manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, Data CoE, among others) and external (partners and suppliers).
• Ensure the selection, design, implementation, and evolution of systems, incorporating functionalities and emerging technologies that increase process efficiency. Ensure their dissemination and adoption by client areas.
• Drive process transformation, supported by automation and data intelligence provided by the systems and data sources.
• Define and execute the evolution strategy of the support systems ecosystem, aligned with the goals and vision of the Directorate and the Company.

Who we are looking for

• Higher education in Computer Engineering, Systems, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
• 5 or more years of experience in roles in systems or telecommunications.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Experience in systems, automation architectures, and integration.
• General knowledge of telecommunications networks.
• Knowledge of orchestration, virtualization, cloud, and AI.
• Knowledge of database technologies, operating systems, and programming (preferably).
• Focus on delivery, critical and innovative spirit, strategic thinking, and effective communication with different levels of the organization.
