The Transformation team carries out acceleration/leadership functions for cross-cutting change projects and assumes responsibility for cross-functional initiatives executed by multidisciplinary teams of a functional and technological nature.
Thus, in order to strengthen the team, we intend to recruit a Transformation Manager who will have the main responsibility of acting as a member of the Transformation team managing transformation initiatives.

- Active participation in projects with cross-cutting and transformational impact on the company, focused on strategic growth opportunities, improving customer experience, and operational efficiency;
- Application of analytical skills and value capture-oriented skills in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of projects;
- Ability to maintain focus on both external and internal Customers;
- Ability to work with Agile methodologies and classic project management;
- Mobilization of multidisciplinary teams to achieve results;
- Monitoring of initiatives identifying improvement opportunities for maximizing impact;
- Presentation and communication of results to different internal stakeholders.
Who we are looking for
- Higher education in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or similar;
- Professional experience of 2 to 4 years in hybrid functional and technological projects, preferably in high-complexity environments;
- Strong management and people mobilization skills;
- Ability for self-learning and high focus on personal development;
- High analytical focus, strong skills in structuring problems into logical blocks and formulating starting hypotheses;
- High level of dynamism, initiative spirit, and constant challenge, coupled with strong resilience;
- Good communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into simple language;
- Ability to engage interpersonally and build good working relationships with multidisciplinary teams;
- Strong customer orientation and business sense.
