NOS is recruiting for the position of SME Sales Manager in the SME area. The role of Business Agent Manager at NOS Empresas combines leading sales teams with the complexity and strategy of the SME business segment.
In this context, the 'agents' have direct sales teams (Commercial Consultants), outbound telemarketing teams focused on scheduling meetings with companies, or even channel partner teams that sell NOS Empresas solutions. The focus is to empower the team to sell complex solutions and build lasting relationships with companies, which requires a level of technical and consultative knowledge.

What we are looking for:
- We value previous professional experience in B2B sales roles, preferably in the SME segment, as well as experience in managing SME sales teams.
- We are looking for someone who has experienced day-to-day commercial activities with companies: used to contacting business decision-makers, identifying needs, presenting telecommunications/technology solutions, and managing the sales cycle to closure.
- It is important that you bring experience in prospecting and managing a portfolio, fieldwork (client visits), and goal-oriented activity, both at an individual level and in coordinating a sales team (defining plans, tracking performance, and supporting the closing of opportunities).
- Experience in using CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) will be considered a plus, as well as previous experience in telecommunications or technology services.
