To continue ensuring and evolving the services we provide, we are reinforcing our Workplace and Mobility team with a Facilities Management Specialist.

What we expect from you

  • Develop projects for the implementation of innovative solutions and services, aiming to optimize user experience and efficiency of workplaces, buildings, and infrastructures;
  • Design and manage improvement projects for buildings and facilities, including strategic analysis of proposals and negotiation with suppliers;
  • Define and plan the portfolio of services and products available under the Facilities policies, and monitor/support the contracting process;
  • Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers and various stakeholders, promoting strategic and efficient partnerships;
  • Actively participate in the preparation and management of the annual budget for the area, ensuring strict cost control and execution of action plans for NOS buildings;
  • Monitor the evolution of actual costs against the budget, and prepare regular operational and performance reports, controlling the KPIs and SLAs of service providers.

Who we are looking for

  • Higher academic qualification in Engineering, Management, Industrial Management, Economics, or a similar field;
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in the area of Facilities Management;
  • Negotiation skills and ability to manage large-scale contracts and budgets;
  • Solid experience in preparing and critically analyzing reports and performance KPIs;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
