We are looking for a Consultant – Innovation Funding to join the Financial Services team in the Innovation Funding & Digital Services department, focusing on managing funded national and European innovation projects.

What we expect from you

You will play a key role in driving innovation funding at NOS, with responsibilities that include:

  • Manage the complete cycle of funded innovation projects, from identifying opportunities, consortia, and applications, to implementation and closure;
  • Research and analyze national and European funding programs aligned with NOS strategy;
  • Coordinate with partners and external consultants, building solid consortia and ensuring competitive and timely proposals;
  • Support technology development projects impacting various sectors;
  • Apply the regulatory framework for public funding for innovation;
  • Prepare reporting and decision support in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI, for portfolio and results tracking.

Who we are looking for

  • Higher education in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a similar field;
  • Between 2 to 5 years of experience in managing funded innovation projects (national and/or European);
  • Understanding of the conceptual and regulatory framework of public funding for innovation, including European (European Commission) and national programs;
  • Familiarity with topics on Technologies, R&D, and Innovation, and interest in projects related to digital and GenAI;
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI;
  • Dynamic and motivated to explore new opportunities;
  • Autonomy in managing day-to-day tasks and ongoing files;
  • Ability to influence and persuade, to mobilize internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong team spirit and cooperation.
