Join our Advertising team as a Business Analyst and help us transform insights into winning value propositions, driving our business and shaping the future of advertising in entertainment.

What we expect from you

• Drive the strategy and development of our entire linear TV advertising commercial offer across cable TV channels, cinema and digital, from initial design to ongoing optimization, aiming to maximize its value for advertisers and NOS.
• Pay special attention to creating differentiating value propositions for advertisers in the Entertainment, Sports and Children's segments, exploring our TV, cinema and digital content platforms, and proactively identifying market trends and new growth opportunities in the advertising landscape.
• Conduct an analysis and reformulation of the existing advertising offer, starting with a thorough survey of all data and continuous benchmarking in the linear TV, Cinema and Digital advertising markets, and in each content area (Entertainment, Sports, Children).
• Create and optimize advertising sales models, exploring the potential of audience data in linear TV, Cinema and Digital, and actively contributing to the analysis and implementation of projects that will redefine our presence in this crucial business segment.

Who we are looking for

• Higher education in Engineering, Management, Economics or similar areas.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Consulting, Data Analysis or Offer Management, preferably in the telecommunications or media sector (experience in advertising or media sales is a plus).
• Strong analytical profile, with critical thinking and orientation towards problem-solving and generating value for the advertising business.
• Curiosity and sensitivity to interpret patterns in complex audience and market data, transforming them into valuable insights for advertising sales.
• Results-oriented, and focused on achieving objectives and generating value for the NOS Advertising business.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and dynamism in managing tasks and multifunctional projects, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create robust analyses and clear, impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact and report effectively at management levels.
