Process and Automation Analyst | Lisbon

We are looking for a Process and Automation Analyst to join the certification, delivery, and technology eligibility team. The team is responsible for certifying terminal equipment and delivering solutions, pre-evaluating the respective technical conditions for providing fixed, mobile, and datacenter services. With a profile strongly oriented towards delivery and satisfying the needs of B2C and B2B Clients, the efficiency and quality of processes and tools are a constant imperative in this challenge.

What we expect from you

• Analysis and mapping of processes (AS-IS / TO-BE / GAP Analysis).
• Identification of improvement opportunities, simplification, and automation of processes.
• Translation of opportunities into functional and technical requirements, with a high level of technological implementation.
• Work closely with operational teams, building indicators and observation mechanisms.

Who we are looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in process analysis, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Academic background in Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in high-consumption environments (logistics and transport), consulting, or organizational transformation projects. Experience in the telecommunications sector is preferred.
• Strong ability in preparing technical and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomy, structuring ability, and collaborative spirit.
• KPI-driven mindset and optimization freak.

Additional Skills

• Experience with PowerBI, SQL, Scripting, and Microservices architectures.
• Experience with RPA tools and low-code platforms (UiPath, Power Platform, OutSystems, among others).
• Knowledge of telecommunications networks, namely FTTH, HFC, and mobile networks.
