Process and Automation Analyst | Lisbon

We are looking for a Process and Automation Analyst to join the certification, delivery, and technology eligibility team. The team is responsible for the certification of terminal equipment and delivery of solutions, assessing the respective technical conditions for making fixed, mobile, and datacenter services available. With a profile strongly oriented towards delivery and meeting the needs of B2C and B2B customers, efficiency and quality of processes and tools is a constant imperative in this challenge.

What we expect from you

• Analysis and mapping of processes (AS-IS / TO-BE / GAP Analysis).
• Identification of improvement opportunities, simplification, and automation of processes.
• Translation of opportunities into functional and technical requirements, with a high level of technological implementation.
• Work closely with operational teams, building indicators and observation mechanisms.

Who we are looking for

• Minimum professional experience of 5 years in process analysis, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Academic background in Engineering, Engineering and Industrial Management, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in high-consumption environments (logistics and transportation), consulting, or organizational transformation projects. Experience in the telecommunications sector is preferred.
• Strong ability to create technical and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical capacity and attention to detail.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomy, structuring, and collaborative spirit.
• KPI-driven mindset and optimization freak.

Additional Skills

• Experience with PowerBI, SQL, Scripting, and Microservices architectures.
• Experience with RPA tools and low-code platforms (UiPath, Power Platform, OutSystems, among others).
• Knowledge of telecommunications networks, namely FTTH, HFC, and mobile networks.
