AI Product Owner

NOS is recruiting for the position of AI Product Owner to integrate the AI & Market Insight area.

We are looking for a profile with strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and impact orientation, capable of leading Artificial Intelligence initiatives that are relevant across the organization.

What we expect from you:

• Lead Artificial Intelligence projects with transformational impact on the organization, focusing on operational efficiency and improving customer experience;
• Design, develop, and implement AI initiatives, ensuring effective articulation between business, engineering, and data teams;
• Actively contribute to the Company's transformation process, both in defining and executing initiatives;
• Monitor the life cycle of initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring the maximization of generated impact;
• Present and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to different internal stakeholders, clearly and oriented towards decision-making.
• Adopt Agile methodology assuming the role of Product Owner;

What we are looking for:

• Higher academic education in Economics, Management, or Engineering;
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience;
• Strong analytical capability, with the competence to structure problems logically and formulate working hypotheses;
• High dynamism, critical spirit, and initiative;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and business-oriented language;
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in a business environment;
• Results-oriented and commitment to achieving objectives.
