SOC engineering (Porto)

Noesis is looking for the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain security services and APIs for other engineering teams;
• Automate the delivery of security services (e.g., certificates, WAF, firewall rules);
• Design, build and maintain a 'Zero Touch Networking/Provisioning' environment;
• Integrate security tools and processes into the CI/CD pipeline;
• Manage internal team expectations, continuously monitoring services based on user satisfaction;
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in security.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash);
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible);
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes);
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines;
• Implement service requests and changes, ensuring appropriate responses to user and client needs;
• Promote proactive incident and problem management in your scope and implement new measures/solutions to ensure operational stability improvements;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent professional experience);
• Team spirit, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
