Noesis is looking for professionals for one of our offices (Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra, Covilhã, Proença-a-Nova or Castelo Branco) with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analyzing requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping;
  • Analysis and redesign of business processes with identification and correction of inefficiencies;
  • Defining and Managing scope: Transforming business requirements into functional specifications, User Stories, and acceptance criteria;
  • Actively collaborating with developers, designers, and others to ensure proper alignment between business needs and the technical solution;
  • Responsible for communication and relationship with the client, ensuring alignment and management of client expectations;
  • Project Management (Budget, timeline, risks), Management and Motivation of project teams;
  • Validation of developments through UAT, ensuring that the defined requirements have been met;
  • Training and support for end users.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Degree in Management, Business Management, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 8 years experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes;
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management;
  • Proven experience in projects based on Agile methodologies (notably in the Scrum framework);
  • Understanding of product development concepts and appreciation for long-term projects;
  • Ease of communication and relationship building with good understanding and reading skills of the project, business, and client;
  • Comfortable and confident in decision-making and negotiation within the project scope;
  • High sense of responsibility and rigor in executing tasks;
  • Excellent analytical skills and critical spirit;
  • Proficiency in the English language.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in Low-Code oriented projects, notably in OutSystems;
  • Knowledge of Spanish.
