Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements from internal and external stakeholders;
  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into specifications that are understandable for technical teams;
  • Support the definition of business rules, SLAs/SLOs, exception scenarios, incident management, and regulatory/operational reporting;
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation;
  • Facilitate continuous communication between business and technical teams.

Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
  • Previous experience working with Payments or Mission-critical Financial systems;
  • Basic knowledge of data and integration (APIs, messaging, files) will be valued;
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and proactivity.
