Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and regulatory requirements from internal and external stakeholders;
  • Translating functional and non-functional requirements into understandable specifications for technical teams;
  • Supporting the definition of business rules, SLAs/SLOs, exception scenarios, incident management, and regulatory/operational reporting;
  • Preparing and maintaining functional documentation;
  • Facilitating ongoing communication between business and technical teams.

Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
  • Previous experience in critical Payments or financial systems;
  • Basic knowledge of data and integration (APIs, messaging, files) is valued;
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and proactivity.
