Description

Noesis is looking for the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping;
  • Analyze and redesign business processes by identifying and correcting inefficiencies;
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, User Stories, and acceptance criteria;
  • Actively collaborate with developers, designers, and others to ensure proper alignment between business needs and technical solutions;
  • Validate developments through UAT, ensuring that the defined requirements have been met;
  • Training and support for the end user.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements and business processes oriented to OutSystems;
  • Minimum of 8 years of functional experience in Web or Mobile environments;
  • Proven experience in projects based on Agile methodologies;
  • Good communication and relationship skills;
  • Comfortable and confident in decision-making and negotiation within project scope;
  • High sense of responsibility and rigor in executing tasks;
  • Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking;
  • Proficiency in the English language.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in international projects, preferably in the United States market;
  • Experience in projects in the healthcare sector;
  • Experience in OutSystems projects;
  • Technical experience in OutSystems is highly valued;
  • Knowledge of Spanish.

Location: Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra, Covilhã, Guarda, Castelo-Branco, Proença-a-Nova.
