Description

Noesis is looking for professionals for technical support of Modern Workplace Management, with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • O365 Administration
  • EntraID Administration
  • Power Platform Administration
  • Trend Micro Administration
  • SafeQ Administration

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in these skills:
  • VMware/Omnissa
  • Experience in setting up the solution: Hardware sizing, VMware/Omnissa installation, base image configuration of virtual PCs, defining virtual PC pools.
  • Experience in managing the solution: Manage hardware resources, manage capacity of the pools of PCs, measure performance, evolve the solution.
  • Experience in supporting the solution: Changes to the base image of virtual PCs, user support, incident diagnosis.
  • Office365
  • Knowledge in the installation, configuration, and management of Active Directory and Exchange environments in hybrid Cloud / On-premises environments.
  • Experience with Office 365, Teams, OneDrive.
  • Management of Microsoft environments: Active Directory and Exchange.
  • System Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune
  • Build a base image of Windows + Drivers + Base Software and prepare it for installation on new corporate PCs via the network using SCCM / Intune.
  • Test and ensure the process of updating Windows operating system to new versions through an automated process using SCCM / Intune.
  • Ensure the application of periodic security fixes on corporate PCs via SCCM / Intune.
  • Create and deploy installation/update packages for software on corporate PCs.
  • Ensure inventory and compliance of the software installed on corporate PCs.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (preferable).
  • Available for Prevention (1x/month).
