Legal Counsel (Tech)

Noesis is looking for the following profile to join its Legal area:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of commercial contracts, issuance of opinions, and evaluation of compliance, privacy, and sustainability of the Group companies;
  • Drafting contracts, NDAs, or other legal instruments;
  • Providing general support on various corporate matters of the different International entities;
  • Monitoring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements for the Business Group;
  • Managing legal documentation and records, ensuring their accuracy, updates, and easy access;
  • Collaborating with multifunctional teams, including Finance, Security, and external lawyers.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree focused on GDPR/Privacy or Law applied to Technology;
  • More than 3 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Background in technology companies;
  • Solid experience in GDPR and Privacy;
  • Strong knowledge in Commercial Law, Privacy/Security, auditing, and technology law;
  • Additional training related to AI will be valued;
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written;
  • Strong research/study skills and understanding of business strategy;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Dynamism, quick thinking, and problem-solving ability.
