Noesis is looking for the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- L2 application support for critical payment systems;
- Analysis and resolution of incidents with a technical component (logs, integrations, workflows);
- Proactive monitoring and follow-up of operational events;
- Regular communication with business stakeholders, translating technical topics into functional impact;
- Incident management focusing on priority, impact, and communication;
- Interaction with technical teams (L3 / engineering) for resolution and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Experience in L2 Support;
- Experience in the banking sector, ideally in the payments area;
- Proven ability to interact with business and stakeholders;
- Strong focus on communication, incident management, and functional context;
- Technical knowledge in:
Location: Hybrid work regime in Lisbon.
