Incident Manager - Lisbon, Hybrid
Noesis is looking for the following profile:
The Incident Manager is an essential professional in service management, responsible for ensuring that incidents are resolved efficiently and that underlying problems are identified and addressed to prevent recurrence.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Senior consultant with experience in Incident and Major Incidents Management, familiar with ITIL / IT Service Management practices, able to coordinate end-to-end incidents, manage priorities, mobilize technical teams, and ensure clear communication with technical and business stakeholders;
- Will be responsible for managing SLAs/KPIs, facilitating war rooms when necessary, and following up on actions until the incidents are closed;
- Critical ability to analyze incidents daily to identify trends and recurrences;
- Integration with other ITIL practices, namely, Problem Management, Release and Change Management, Event Management, and Service Desk;
- Should be able to coordinate a small operational team, manage priorities under pressure, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, communication models, reporting, and escalation mechanisms.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Professional experience in the area;
- Experience in managing incidents and critical problems (suppliers and internal clients);
- Experience in documentation creation;
- High communication skills;
- Experience using ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow);
- Fluent (oral and written) in English; Spanish (level B1)
Valued Certifications:
- ITIL 4: Foundation
