Description

Noesis is looking for a Digital Campaigns Performance & SEO Specialist to join its Marketing and Communication team with the following profile:

General context of the role:

  • Integrated in the Marketing and Communication team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multichannel digital campaigns with multiple touchpoints, namely their technical setup and continuous optimization on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Search, and YouTube, always aligned with the Marketing plan;
  • You will also be responsible for optimizing the website, SEO/GEO, and Inbound Marketing optimization, lead magnets, landing pages, CTAs, aiming to maximize conversion and lead capture;
  • You will be responsible for researching and organic traffic for the website, including traditional SEO (technical, content, and link building), as well as GEO and optimization for AI search and LLMs.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Technical Management of Digital Campaigns and SEO

  • Complete technical mastery for planning, setup, and optimization of multichannel campaigns with multiple touchpoints (Email Marketing, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Search Ads, YouTube Ads); with implementation of advanced targeting, tracking, and optimization strategies;
  • Setup and optimization of campaigns focused on conversion and accurate tracking, using advanced techniques like dynamic lists, remarketing pixels, and automated workflows;
  • Creation of Landing Pages optimized for SEO and conversion;
  • Forecasting and managing campaign budgets and daily budgets, with the ability to calculate expected leads based on investment per channel;
  • Optimization of the website, focusing on SEO/GEO;
  • Monitor and optimize AI search results;
  • Analytics-oriented – analysis of performance metrics (campaigns and web traffic), being able to convert insights and data analysis into concrete action plans and implement improvements;
  • Define the website's evolution roadmap and continuous improvement.

2. Analysis and Reporting

  • Detailed evaluation of campaign results, identifying gaps in performance and presenting solutions;
  • Continuous monitoring of campaign metrics through tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other platforms;
  • Creation of reports with KPIs, gap analysis, and optimization recommendations, presented in regular meetings with the team;
  • Critical review of campaign performance, evaluating results versus goals, and proposing improvements based on concrete data.

3. Collaboration and Supervision

  • Participation in regular meetings for brainstorming and strategic alignment;
  • Supervision of tasks executed by support teams (strategy, content, design, video), ensuring coherence with the global vision of the campaigns.

Minimum requirements

  • Training in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related areas;
  • Experience between 1 to 3 years in managing and technically setting up Digital Marketing campaigns, with conversion objectives (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter Ads, Adwords, Display, and Remarketing) - MANDATORY;
  • Knowledge of SEO and experience with keyword research and planning tools;
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking;
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and knowledge of CRM Marketing (Hubspot);
  • Use of automation and AI in Marketing and campaign optimization;
  • Knowledge of SEO optimization tools such as Screamfrog, SEMrush, Similarweb, and similar tools;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Valued attributes:

  • Experience in digital marketing agencies;
  • Relevant Certifications: We value candidates with certifications in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn, demonstrating technical proficiency and up-to-date knowledge. Examples: Google Ads Search Certification; Google Ads Video Certification; Google Ads Measurement Certification; Advanced Google Analytics Certification; Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate; LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals; LinkedIn Certified Marketing Insider.
  • Complementary training in SEO and other platforms;
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
