Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain static code analysis platforms, mainly focusing on SonarQube (installation, configuration, tuning, creation of quality gates and dashboards).
  • Integrate SonarQube with other tools and code repositories (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Implement and manage other static analysis and code security solutions, such as Checkmarx and Snyk.
  • Collaborate with development teams to reinforce Clean Code and Secure Coding practices.
  • Define and implement quality and security policies and metrics for code.
  • Automate processes for detecting, analyzing, and reporting vulnerabilities and non-compliance.
  • Support the team in solving issues related to integration and code quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administering and advanced usage of SonarQube (ideally with certified training and a history of complex projects).
  • Solid knowledge in other static analysis and code security tools, such as Checkmarx and Snyk.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.), in managing, configuring, and optimizing the pipelines, ensuring continuous integration and monitoring of code quality.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and their quality standards (Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and recent DevOps practices.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Certified training in DevOps, Checkmarx, or application security.
  • Experience in implementing Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) programs.
  • Knowledge of other code quality and security tools (Fortify, Veracode, Coverity, etc.).
  • Experience in international projects and high-criticity environments (finance, insurance, banking, etc.).
  • Ability to lead continuous software quality improvement initiatives.
