Middleware Support Consultant (Mid-level)
Noesis is looking for the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure functional and technical support for integration platforms (Middleware);
- Monitor the execution of integrations, APIs, and communication processes between systems;
- Diagnose and resolve incidents, identifying the root cause whenever possible;
- Perform log analysis, messages, and integration flows;
- Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar field;
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in application support, middleware support, or systems integration;
- Knowledge of integration architectures and application communication;
- Experience in log analysis and technical troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of integration protocols and technologies, namely: REST; SOAP; HTTP/HTTPS; XML; JSON; Web Services;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Easy communication and teamwork.
