Position: TIBCO Developer

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain integration solutions using the TIBCO BusinessWorks platform.
  • Analyze functional and technical requirements, translating them into robust and scalable integration solutions.
  • Develop and optimize services, APIs, and integration processes between internal and external systems.
  • Ensure monitoring, maintenance, and resolution of incidents related to existing integrations.
  • Participate in troubleshooting activities, performance analysis, and optimization of implemented solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Architecture, Development, Infrastructure, and Business Teams.
  • Ensure code quality by performing unit tests, integration tests, and supporting functional testing phases.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration platforms and best development practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar area.
  • Professional experience in development with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/BW6).
  • Knowledge of TIBCO EMS and message-based integration.
  • Experience in the development and consumption of Web Services (SOAP and REST).
  • Knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, and JSON.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL.
  • Knowledge of service-oriented architectures (SOA) and systems integration.
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving ability and process optimization.
  • Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of English.
