Requirements
- +5 years of experience in B2B environments (Telco, IT, or similar)
- Experience in roles such as:
- Customer Success
- Service Manager
- Delivery Manager
- Technical consulting
- Good understanding of:
- IT networks and infrastructure
- cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.)
- Strong ability in:
- communication
- stakeholder management
- problem solving
- Data-driven mindset (KPIs, analysis, performance)
- Fluency in: Portuguese and English
