Position: Senior Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop Functional Analysis - design solutions that meet the desired needs (requirements) and comply with:
• - the organization's business rules;
• - the regulatory rules of the business;
• - the existing functional architecture rules in the organization;
• - the best practices of the functional analysis methodology (processes, flows, logical data design, interface design (screens, receipts, files), mapping of information in interfaces between systems, etc.
• Support and follow up on other teams regarding functional deliveries: Business, Development, Testing, Support, Operations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of functional analysis techniques (interviews, identifying actors, methods, UML, interfaces, and systems);
• Knowledge of process design (BPMN)
• Knowledge of data modeling (at the logical and conceptual level) - essential;
• Fluency in native language (Portuguese) - spoken and written;
• Proficiency in English - spoken and written;
