Role Overview:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our teams at one of our clients. You will have the opportunity to integrate projects within a financial group rooted in local communities, with strength, trust, proximity, and modernity, equipped with a range of solutions, products, and services capable of meeting all financial protection needs for families, businesses, and corporations.
What you will do:
You will be responsible for training team members in adopting the Scrum methodology, working within deadlines and budgets, and ensuring that all Scrum members are aware of these issues, minimizing distractions and interruptions so that the team can work as effectively as possible.
What you are like:
- Academic background in Computer Engineering or similar;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
- Experience in project management in the banking sector is valued;
- Experience in agile methodologies;
- Experience as a Project Manager is valued;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
