Role Overview:
We are looking for a .NET Application Support to join our teams, focusing on ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical systems through effective incident management, monitoring, and automation.
What you will do:
- Analyse and handle tickets from 1st line support teams, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation to technical teams;
- Monitor application performance and analyse logs, identifying issues and triggering alerts when necessary;
- Develop tools and automation solutions in C# to support operations and data correction processes;
- Work closely with development and QA teams to accelerate incident resolution and track bug fixes;
- Document cases, metrics, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you are like:
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Proficient in .NET technologies, including development and support of technical tools;
- Knowledgeable in databases such as SQL and Cosmos DB, as well as automation tools like Power Automate is a plus.
