Role Overview:
We are looking for an Infrastructure Automation Engineer to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams working remotely for international clients across The Netherlands, Germany and other European countries.
What you will do:
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation solutions supporting scalable and reliable platforms;
- Develop and manage Infrastructure-as-Code using tools such as Puppet, Terraform and/or Ansible;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and version control practices using Git;
- Support and optimise Linux environments, while ensuring compatibility and integration with Windows systems;
- Drive continuous improvement by promoting structured, future-proof, and sustainable automation practices.
What you are like:
- Proficient in automation engineering and Infrastructure-as-Code practices;
- Comfortable working with Git and modern version control workflows;
- Experienced in at least one (preferably two or more) of Puppet, Terraform, or Ansible;
- Proficient in Linux systems administration, with affinity for Windows environments;
- Forward-thinking, with a focus on building scalable and future-proof solutions;
- Structured, organised, and focused on continuous improvement;
- Knowledgeable in ITIL fundamentals and familiar with Microsoft and/or Linux certifications;
- Interested in developing further expertise in areas such as Networking, Citrix, or Oracle;
- Have good communication skills in English - as you will collaborate daily with international teams.
