Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst (Banking) to join one of our largest clients in the banking sector. The client in question is one of the largest banks in Europe, operating in over 70 countries worldwide, and has been around for over 150 years, which means it is an extremely established player in the banking industry. You will be part of an international and diverse team. (Lisbon - Hybrid)
What you will do:
In close and strong collaboration within the project team, the Business Analysts team works to:
- Ensure the implementation projects of the One Financial System (OFS), in line with the global strategy of the Finance function;
- Design, develop, and implement financial interfaces between the operating systems of the Companies and the Finance systems;
- Ensure the implementation of applicable remediation plans for financial interfaces.
Therefore, a Business Analyst deals with functional solutions for financial interfaces that feed the main reporting flows (financial accounting, managerial accounting, liquidity and credit risk).
Who you are:
- Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting is an asset;
- Knowledge of banking products or capital markets products;
- Knowledge of Financial Information Systems;
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
